Barry Stewart

History:

Winingest coach in PGLL history with a record of 61 wins, 2 loses and 2 ties and capturing 4 consecutive PGLL championships from 2002 – 2005 inclusive.
Coached 12 provincial box lacrosse championship teams with the Mustangs. First coach to bring Moose Jaw the U-16 provincial field lacrosse championship.
First coach to bring Moose Jaw the U-19 provincial field lacrosse championship.
Barry has attained his Level 4 box lacrosse official.

Steve Michaluk

History:

Steve comes to Moose Jaw via the legendary Sturgis field lacrosse program and has become an integral part of the Moose Jaw Lacrosse Association.
Coach of the 2002 Saskatchewan U-19 team that won the Canadian Championships… the only Saskatchewan U-19 team to ever do so.
Steve and his brother Lyle were both members of the Canadian U-19 Canadian Field Lacrosse team that won silver at the World Championships.
Member of numerous Saskatchewan Senior Mens Canadian field lacrosse championship teams.
Member of numerous Saskatchewan field lacrosse championship teams with the Sturgis Trojans.
Steve has attained his Level 4 box lacrosse official.
Saskatchewan’s top box lacrosse official and Steve continues to also be one of the provinces only certified officials trainer.
Inducted into the Saskatchewan Hall of Fame in lacrosse.

David Mitchell

History:

Member of the 2003 Canadian U-19 Field Lacrosse team that captured the silver medal at the World Championships in Baltimore.
Lacrosse scholarship to Cornell university where he played for 4 years… multiple All Ivy and All NCAA awards.
Played professional lacrosse for the Philadelphia Wings of the NLL and the Boston Canons of the MLL.
Member of the Saskatchewan U-19 field lacrosse team that won the 2002 Canadian U-19 championships… the only Saskatchewan U-19 team to ever do so… Dave also won the scoring title at the championships.
Member of 10 provincial box lacrosse championship teams while playing for the Mustangs, including 4 with the legendary Junior Mustangs.
Member of provincial field U-16 lacrosse championship team while playing for the Mustangs.

Ken Stewart

History:

PGLL all time goal scoring leader (regular season & playoffs).
PGLL all time assists leader (regular season & playoffs).
PGLL all-time scoring leader (regular season & playoffs).
First PGLL player to reach the 100 goal mark.
Member of the Saskatchewan U-19 field lacrosse team that won the 2002 Canadian U-19 championships… the only Saskatchewan U-19 team to ever do so… Ken was also the top scoring middie at the championships…
Ken then played for the Saskatchewan Men’s field lacrosse team the same year where he also won the Canadian Championship.
Member of 10 provincial box lacrosse championship teams while playing for the Mustangs, including 4 with the legendary Junior Mustangs.
Member of 2 provincial field lacrosse championship teams while playing for the Mustangs.
2002 Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association Player of the year in 2002.
